On November 5, 2024, the Albanian Center for Economic Research (ACER), in collaboration with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), organized the Workshop on Parliament Openness Roadmap. This workshop provided an opportunity to exchange insights, best practices and recommendations on enhancing parliamentary openness and strengthening the core pillars of democracy, inclusiveness, and accountability which are key to Albania’s democratic future.

The workshop  brought together key civil society and institutional stakeholders which explored how transparent parliamentary practices can foster accountability and trust in governance.

Attendees offered feedback on the methodology used in developing the roadmap, as well as familiarized themselves with the key findings of roadmap document.
