This section is Brief Overview of the instutional development of the Albanian Center for Economic Research over the past five years and the factors which have had impact on it’s capacity and objectives. By 1996 ACER assumed a promiment psoition among the NGO community. In ths report is presented ACER work which was focused mainly on economic growth, institutional and regulatory framework reform.
