The main purpose of this study is to measure the performance of the National
Business Center (NBC), by making a specific assessment of business satisfaction on the
quality of services provided for various aspects. The results of the survey will serve as a
baseline study which will create the possibility of comparing if there are improvement
of the measured indicators for later periods. In addition, all identified issues will be
addressed by the NBC through the implementation of specific training with a focus on
improving the situation.
Generally, the level of business satisfaction with the services provided by the NBC is
positive, and 91% respondents declared that they have been satisfied and very
satisfied, compared with 68% from last year. This indicator, is calculated as a
simplified average of all estimates received from surveyed businesses. Taking into
consideration, the objective of improving this indicator to 80%, it can be concluded
that measures implemented from NBC have been successful.
