Civil Society Empowerment
By empowering Civil Society, we bring communities together for collaboration and engagement on issues of similar interest.
Through its activities, ACER aims to enhance “third sector” considering it as an important role in enhancing civil society empowerment, and strengthen democracy and public participation. We focus on developing “the market of ideas”, and making information more accessible to citizens and civic groups, and in increasing awareness and understanding of how citizens can constructively apply this knowledge in decision-making processes that impact their lives.
