This report presents an analysis based on surveys and studies of formal enterprises conducted by the Albanian Center for Economic Research (ACER), alongside insights from customs officials and experts on cross-border trade issues. ACER acknowledges the valuable contributions of all collaborators involved in the fieldwork for the surveys.
