The report evaluates the “Youth in Protection of Human Rights in Albania” project, implemented by World Vision Albania (WVA) and the Southeast European Youth Network (SEEYN) from 2018-2021, with EU funding. Conducted in 20 regions through 18 sub-grants, the project aimed to enhance the capacity of human rights organizations in Albania. The evaluation, carried out by ACER using OECD criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability), included document reviews, surveys, interviews, and focus groups with young participants and CSO representatives. Findings indicate the project successfully strengthened managerial, organizational, and technical capacities of CSOs, fostered partnerships, and improved community relations, demonstrating its alignment with local CSO needs.
