This study was prepared by the Albanian Center for Economic Research, which involves the collection of socio-economic and demographic information from questionnaires. The study includes 10 districts spread across Albania, which together comprise a total of 45 forest economies. The specialists of the study group also visited the field to verify all the stumps that were found to be cut. These values were grouped according to diameter categories and the type of wood material.
