This Common Country Assessment (CCA) for Albania 2002 is a joint effort of the United Nations agencies in Albania, with the support of representatives from the Albanian Government and Civil Society, to analyze these issues and move towards a common position. The Albanian Center for Economic Research coordinated the cooperation, research, and final report. The CCA is structured into 10 chapters, with key development issues discussed in chapters 3 and 8.
