This Resettlement Action Plan has been prepared based on the operational policies of the World Bank, the technical documents of the Albanian Water Sector Project, and the Legal Framework of the Republic of Albania. The Project aimed to directly impact Project-Affected Persons (PAPs), as they were expropriated for a portion of their property.
