Shoqëria Civile për Qeverisje të Mirë Kundër Korrupsionit në Evropën Juglindore: Ngritja e Kapaciteteve për Avokim të Bazuar në Dëshmi, Ndikimi i Politikave dhe Angazhimi Qytetar (SELDI.net)
Ky projekt është përgatitur nga Rrjeti SELDI mbi bazën e gjetjeve të vlerësimit të jashtëm të fazës aktuale SELDI për periudhën 2018-2020 dhe Raportit nga misioni i Monitorimit të Orientuar në Rezultat (ROM) i kryer në vitin 2021. Ai paraqet një konsolidim dhe përmirësimi i përpjekjeve dhe aktiviteteve të mëparshme të SELDI-t në Ballkanin Perëndimor. Për më tepër, në muajt e parë të 2022 SELDI.net zhvilloi disa takime rajonale dhe design-thinking workshops ku politikëbërësit rajonalë dhe të BE-së, anëtarët e SELDI-t dhe rrjeteve të tjera rajonale diskutuan mësimet e nxjerra në lidhje me atë që mund të bëjnë OShC-të më pas për korrupsionin politik dhe gjyqësor dhe demokratizimin e mëtejshëm të vendeve të Ballkanit Perëndimor. SELDI zhvilloi shkëmbime pikëpamjesh dhe takime konsultative me RAI, RCC dhe donatorë dypalësh të Ballkanit Perëndimor (SIDA, USAID, Norvegji Grantet) dhe qëndroi në krye të zhvillimeve globale kundër korrupsionit përmes diskutimeve në Sesionin e Nëntë të Konferencës së Shtetit të UNCAC. të partive dhe grupit të OSHC-ve kundër korrupsionit të udhëhequr nga Shtetet e Bashkuara të Samitit për Demokraci. Në përputhje me gjetjet e vlerësimit, Komiteti Drejtues vendosi të zvogëlojë numrin e anëtarëve të konsorciumit bashkë-aplikues (në një organizatë për shtet) për këtë thirrje, por të forcojë angazhimin e bazës dhe qytetarëve, ngritjen e kapaciteteve dhe mentorimin. Përkatësisht, SELDI mirëpriti bashkë-aplikuesit e rinj nga Kosova (sipas RKSKB 1244/99) dhe Mali i Zi, të cilët specializohen në mënyrë specifike në anti-korrupsion dhe në bazë, duke rritur kështu komunitetin SELDI.
Objektivi është në përputhje me kërkesat e thirrjes dhe strategjinë SELDI: “Forcimi i demokracisë pjesëmarrëse dhe procesi i përafrimit me BE-në nëpërmjet konsolidimit dhe rritjes së ndikimit të angazhimit të shoqërisë civile në politikëbërjen dhe proceset reformuese në rajonin e Ballkanit Perëndimor në fushën e antikorrupsionit, sundimi i ligjit dhe qeverisja e mirë”. Këto do të realizohen nëpërmjet arritjes së:
- Forcimi i kapaciteteve dhe mundësive të angazhimit të OSHC-ve për bashkëpunim të zgjeruar rajonal, në nivel kombëtar dhe bazë, në politikat dhe vendimmarrjen kundër korrupsionit;
- Inkurajimi dhe mobilizimi i angazhimit te qytetarëve dhe aktivizmin bazë për të ushtruar presion paqësor mbi qeveritë për reforma të vazhdueshme kundër korrupsionit;
- Krijimi i dialogut profesional të punës me politikëbërësit në nivel kombëtar, rajonal dhe BE. Arriti reforma të politikave dhe inovacione shoqërore në fushën e anti-korrupsionit përmes avokimit të bazuar në fakte, angazhimit të politikave dhe rritjes së ndërgjegjësimit;
- Përmirësimi i shtrirjes përmes përdorimit të zgjeruar të mediave sociale;
- Identifikimi dhe shfrytëzimi i pikave kulmore për trajtimin e sfidave të përbashkëta në fushën e parandalimit dhe ndjekjes penale kundër korrupsionit duke thirrur liderët dhe institucionet për llogari dhe monitorimin e viktimizimit të korrupsionit dhe dobësive të kapjes së shtetit;
- Intensifikimi i bashkëpunimit, dialogut dhe sinergjive të OShC-ve rajonale në rrjetet tematike për arritjen e një ndikimi më të plotë mbi korrupsionin politik dhe gjyqësor në rajon.
