This project is supported by the European Union and is part of the initiative <em data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"681\">\u201cCivil Society for Good Governance and Anti-Corruption in Southeast Europe\u201d<\/em>. The content of this activity is the sole responsibility of IRCA and does not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union or SELDI.net.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1140\">During his speech, Mr. Preci emphasized that Albania faces a fragmented fight against corruption, with SPAK remaining the key agency in this process. Based on ACER\u2019s studies, he highlighted that corruption is influenced not only by responsible public institutions but also by citizen and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1467\">He added that corruption affects all age groups, but the high youth unemployment rate and the inability of disadvantaged groups to access public goods make young people particularly vulnerable.
