Raportet theksojn\u00eb diskriminimin e p\u00ebrhapur dhe shkeljet e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve rom\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbeten nd\u00ebr grupet m\u00eb t\u00eb margjinalizuara n\u00eb vend.
