Nd\u00ebrhyrja financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian, p\u00ebrmes Programit t\u00eb Bashk\u00ebpunimit Nd\u00ebrkufitar IPA II Mali i Zi \u2013 Shqip\u00ebri (2014-2020) dhe menaxhohet nga Ministria e Financave dhe Mir\u00ebqenies Sociale (CFCU) e Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapitulli 1:<\/strong> pasqyron qasjen metodologjike t\u00eb ndjekur p\u00ebr realizimin e vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb projektit duke p\u00ebrdorur 6 (gjasht\u00eb) kriteret e rishikuara t\u00eb OECD.
