\ndisavantazhet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ngjashm\u00ebrit\u00eb dhe specifikat e modelit t\u00eb saj, si dhe kufizimet politike
\nkufizimet institucionale dhe t\u00eb mentalitetit diskutohen gjithashtu.<\/p>\n

Objektiva e kapitullit t\u00eb par\u00eb<\/strong> e punimit synon t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb socialiste dhe fillimet
\nkushtet e trash\u00ebguara nga e kaluara, t\u00eb ngjashme me ato t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb tjera ish-komuniste
\nn\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore. Analizohet n\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe niveli i centralizimit, orientimet e gabuara strukturore dhe
\ndizbalerancat makroekonomike.

\nv\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe rezultatet e hershme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi. Transformimi i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm ekonomik
\ni pasuar nga programi i stabilizimit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar q\u00eb nga viti 1992 tregon
\nmund\u00ebsi reale t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb braktisur izolimin e tij t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb sistem demokratik t\u00eb ri
\ndhe nj\u00eb ekonomi t\u00eb re tregu. Mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme pas zgjidhjes
