Raporti diskuton gjithashtu munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb autoriteti publik t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktimin e niveleve t\u00eb pag\u00ebs minimale ose standardeve t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs, dhe rolin e dob\u00ebt t\u00eb partner\u00ebve social\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e marrjes s\u00eb vendimeve.
