I mb\u00ebshtetur nga GiZ dhe i zbatuar nga WVA, SHKEJ dhe FSoLDA n\u00eb 13 bashki, projekti synoi t\u00eb rris\u00eb riintegrimin socio-ekonomik, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrmes mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb biznesit dhe aktiviteteve psiko-sociale.<\/p>\n<p>I kryer nga Qendra Shqiptare p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Ekonomike (ACER) n\u00eb vitin 2020, vler\u00ebsimi p\u00ebrdori nj\u00eb metodologji t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier, duke kombinuar qasje sasiore dhe cil\u00ebsore. Gjetjet kryesore jan\u00eb organizuar sipas kritereve t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb OECD. M\u00ebsimet e nxjerra theksojn\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr plane t\u00eb detajuara zbatimi, monitorim t\u00eb zgjeruar dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb koordinimit me pushtetin vendor.
