Investimet n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe zhvillimin e stafit kan\u00eb reduktuar pagesat informale dhe kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar sh\u00ebrbimin ndaj klientit, megjithat\u00eb pagesat informale p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejta ende vazhdojn\u00eb. Variabiliteti n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve nd\u00ebrmjet zyrave lokale thekson nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb, trajnimin e stafit dhe teknologji moderne.
