{"id":73704,"date":"2023-04-19T06:44:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-19T06:44:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acer.org.al\/new\/?p=73704"},"modified":"2025-01-09T13:43:48","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T13:43:48","slug":"public-perception-regarding-the-participation-of-women-in-the-elections-in-albania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acer.org.al\/sq\/public-perception-regarding-the-participation-of-women-in-the-elections-in-albania\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Perception Regarding the Participation of Women in Elections in Albania (2008)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Angazhimet komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr grat\u00eb mund t\u00eb realizohen vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb sisteme p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrie q\u00eb merren me gjinin\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb teori, por edhe n\u00eb realitet. \u201cP\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebria nga perspektiva e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave ekziston kur t\u00eb gjitha grat\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shpjegime nga ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet p\u00ebr veprimet q\u00eb i prekin ato, dhe mund t\u00eb nisin veprime korrigjuese \u2013 si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb votimi \u2013 kur ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb t\u00eb promovojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb realizimin e anket\u00ebs \"Perceptimi Publik mbi Pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Grave n\u00eb Zgjedhje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\", ACER dhe ASET tentuan t\u00eb matnin perceptimet e njer\u00ebzve mbi citimin dhe konceptin e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, si dhe aplikimin e tij n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
