M\u00eb 12 maj 2016, partner\u00ebt e SELDI-t, Qendra Shqiptare p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Ekonomike (ACER) dhe Sht\u00ebpia e Evrop\u00ebs, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr Studimin e Demokracis\u00eb, Sofje, prezantuan rezultatet e\u00a0Sistemi i Monitorimit t\u00eb Korrupsionit i SELDI-t n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri 2016.<\/i>, n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb politike, t\u00eb dedikuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe qeverisjes s\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore. Konferenca mblodhi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, sektorit publik dhe institucioneve europiane, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar gjetjet e anket\u00ebs, e realizuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe angazhimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb relevanter n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit. Konferenca sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar dhe sjell\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuara shtyllat kryesore t\u00eb nj\u00eb Mobilizimi t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Civile n\u00eb nj\u00eb partneritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.\u00a0Strategjia dhe Programi p\u00ebr Qeverisjen dhe Luft\u00ebn Kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit deri n\u00eb vitin 2020.<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Zoti Zef Preci, Drejtor Ekzekutiv i ACER, mir\u00ebpriti t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit dhe shprehu k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e dukshme publike p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb vend. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, ai shprehu shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr pranin\u00eb e pandryshuar t\u00eb fenomenit t\u00eb korrupsionit si nj\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve. Zoti Ruslan Stefanov, Drejtor i Programit Ekonomik n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr Studimin e Demokracis\u00eb, theksoi se lufta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb. Ai theksoi se pjes\u00ebmarrja aktive e qytetar\u00ebve nd\u00ebshkon korrupsionin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga metodat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb monitorimit n\u00eb rajon. Zonja Brunilda Kosta, Konsulente n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Shqiptare p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkime Ekonomike, theksoi se situata aktuale e korrupsionit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar krahasuar me vitin 2014, nd\u00ebrsa rastet e ryshfetit jan\u00eb rritur me 5%, sipas Sistemit t\u00eb Monitorimit t\u00eb Korrupsionit t\u00eb SELDI-t. Nj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do dy shqiptar\u00eb ka pranuar se ryshfeti \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga funksionar\u00eb publik\u00eb, drejtp\u00ebrdrejt ose indirekt. Grupi q\u00eb perceptohet si m\u00eb i korruptuar jan\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebt, oficer\u00ebt e dogan\u00ebs, prokuror\u00ebt, partit\u00eb politike dhe lider\u00ebt e koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs. Pavar\u00ebsisht veprimeve dhe reformave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarra nga qeveria kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, besimi i qytetar\u00ebve ndaj k\u00ebtyre masave ka arritur nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb 15 vitet e fundit.<\/p>\n
